The purpose for processing personal data:
Management and processing of information about people being recruited (applicants).


Content of the filing system:
The following categories of personal data from applicants: Contact information, recommendations, work history. The data for the candidates who applied for the position is kept for six months, and then erased.


Regular sources of information:
The data is received from the applicant.


Regular destinations of disclosed data:
Avaintec Oy does not disclose this information to third parties.


Transfer of data:
The data is not transfered to third parties.

The data is accessible by Avaintec employees working as People Operations Manager and the Talent lead that will participate in the recruitment process.

The data is not transferred outside of the EU or the EEA.


The principles how the data file/register is secured:
Access to the data is protected with rule-based access control.

Processing of the data happens in secure environment following certified processes and procedures.


Rights of the data subject:
Data subject has the right to have access to data about him-/herself and the right to ask for corrections to be made to the data. Data subject has also right to ask for the data to be erased and for the processing of the data to be restricted. These and any other rights of the data subject as defined by the regulations can be exercised by sending a request to the email address privacy@avaintec.com.
