The data is gathered from publicly available Internet sources, possibly from other public sources. Data may also be received as a referral from current customers.


Regular destinations of disclosed data:
Avaintec Oy does not disclose this information to third parties.


Transfer of data:
The data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.


The principles how the data file/register is secured:
The data is erased after 1 month from receiving it, if the marketing campaign does not start.

The data is erased after 3 months from the start of the marketing campaign.

Access to data is restricted to the marketing & sales team.

The data will be stored and backed up in Avaintec Oy’s server environment with strong protection.


Rights of the data subject:
Data subject has the right to have access to data about him-/herself and the right to ask for corrections to be made to the data. Data subject has also right to ask for the data to be erased and for the processing of the data to be restricted. These and any other rights of the data subject as defined by the regulations can be exercised by sending a request to the email address privacy@avaintec.com.
