Emails and phone numbers can be disclosed to other Avaintec employees in Avaintec websites and services.

Depending on the persons position in the company, email addresses and phone numbers may be disclosed to 3rd parties through Avaintec websites and services. Users will be notified if their data is shared on the website.

Full data gathered for these purposes is only accessible by Avaintec employees working in system administration.

The data is not transferred outside of the EU or the EEA (except if shared on our public website).


The principles how the data file/register is secured:
Access to the data is protected with rule-based access control. The data is stored in internal systems in charts and databases.

Processing of the data happens in secure environment following certified processes and procedures.


Rights of the data subject:
Data subject has the right to have access to data about themselves and the right to ask for corrections to be made to the data. Data subject has also right to ask for the data to be erased and for the processing of the data to be restricted.
