Avain Technologies Oy's products are the X-Digital Signature Suite, the X-Web Form Manager and the X-Archive long-term archiving solution.

Our standalone software solutions form the X-Suite product family, which allows companies and organisations to securely digitise their service chains, administration and handling processes, and workflows across organisational boundaries.

Avain Technologies’ X-Suite product family includes X-Web Form Manager, which is an XML-based, single-server solution for managing electronic forms and their workflows. X-Web Form Manager can be used to digitise demanding customer interaction and service chains across organisational boundaries, in situations where data security plays an important role.

X-Digital Signature Suite is a standalone, application-independent component, compatible with PKI and other signature standards, which can be used to create digital and advanced digital signatures in accordance with international standards and EU directives.

AvainTechnologies’ X-Suite product family also includes the X-Archive long-term archival solution, which is based on international open standards and supports archive management in accordance with the Finnish Archives Act.

Our products can be adopted in the customer’s information systems, integrated into a host application, or used as a tailor-made standalone system to help companies and organisations standardise and increase the efficiency of their electronic business processes. This leads to cost-savings and increased staff and customer satisfaction.
