Pirkanmaa Hospital District X-Web Form Manager was delivered in cooperation with Medici Data for the digitisation of the hospital district's forms and handling processes.

Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa The internal and e-business forms and handling processes of the hospital district were digitised in cooperation with Fujitsu Service Oy.

Logica The X-Web Form Manager product has been integrated into Logica's patient case file system and other systems. The resulting patient management forms are produced using the X-Web Form Manager.

Municipal Federation of the North-Karelian Hospital District
Form project to digitise all forms and handling processes except those related to patient management, using X-Web Form Manager. Digital signatures have been in use since 2001.

North-Karelian Hospital District
A paperless patient case file system was implemented together with TietoEnator. The X-Digital Signature Suite and X-Archive were integrated into the patient case file system.

Eastern Savo Hospital District
A paperless patient case file system was implemented together with TietoEnator. The X-Digital Signature Suite and X-Archive were integrated into the Effica patient case file system.

Eastern Savo Hospital District
The X-Web Form Manager was provided for use in digitising forms. The Dynasty digital signature solution was provided in cooperation with Documenta Oy. A paperless patient case file system was implemented for the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District, and the X-Digital Signature Suite was integrated into the district's Esko patient case file system.

Regional archiving system of the North-Karelian Hospital District
A regional archiving system is being created with X-Archive for the long-term storage of electronic documents coming from the central hospital as well as various systems of 15 health centres.
